Ian, an electrician since 2001, is highly regarded for his reliable and excellent service. As his career advanced, he became a Service Manager, acquiring valuable management skills. The partners of CGIE Maintenance were drawn to Ian's stellar reputation, inviting him to join their team and deliver service and maintenance solutions to a major client. Ian's strong commitment to fulfilling promises serves as his driving motivation, and he instills this value in our team of electricians. Alongside his leadership role, Ian actively shares his expertise by coaching junior football in the community for over six years.

Meet Donovan Johns, our Lead Electrician and Projects Supervisor. With qualifications from South Africa in 2015, Donovan brings extensive experience across diverse industries, including mining, quarries, commercial, industrial, and residential, even in casinos. His passion for electrical work was nurtured from a young age while assisting his father. Since joining us in New Zealand in 2019, Donovan has become an invaluable team member, known for his commitment to excellence and exceptional communication skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and realising their vision.
