This project involved the delivery of a full commercial electrical fit-out for a new Carl’s Jr restaurant in Glenfield. CGI Electrical Maintenance was engaged to provide a complete electrical solution, working closely with the client and construction team to deliver the project on time and to a high standard.
Services
Our scope of work included the full electrical installation for the site, covering lighting, power, and associated electrical infrastructure. This included coordination of all electrical services to support the operational requirements of a busy fast-food environment.
From early planning through to final installation, our team ensured all works were completed efficiently and in line with project specifications. Particular attention was given to achieving a clean, functional finish that supports both customer experience and back-of-house operations.
Challenges
Delivering the project within a tight construction programme required careful planning and strong coordination with other trades. As with many hospitality fit-outs, sequencing and time pressures were critical to ensure the restaurant could open as scheduled.
Through clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and a flexible on-site approach, our team was able to adapt to changing site conditions and maintain progress without compromising on quality.
Timeline
The project has been successfully completed, with all electrical works delivered on programme and ready for operation.
