This project involved the delivery of a commercial electrical fit-out for Taco Bell at Glenfield Mall. CGI Electrical Maintenance was engaged to provide a high-quality electrical solution, drawing on our experience delivering similar hospitality projects for national restaurant brands. Building on our previous work for Carl’s Jr, CGI Electrical Maintenance set a clear standard of workmanship and performance expectations for this project. Our team worked closely with the construction contractor to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery.
Services
Our scope of work included the installation of power, lighting, and data services to support the operational requirements of the restaurant. In addition, our team completed all pre-wiring and preparation works for security systems, including CCTV infrastructure, enabling seamless integration with the client’s preferred specialist contractors.

From tender through to completion, CGI Electrical Maintenance provided a coordinated and reliable service, ensuring all electrical works were delivered to specification and aligned with the overall construction programme.

Timeline
The project has been successfully completed, with all electrical services delivered on programme. Following completion, CGI Electrical Maintenance has continued to be engaged to tender additional projects, reflecting the strong working relationship established with the construction partner and the quality of work delivered on site.
