CGI Electrical Maintenance was engaged to deliver this commercial solar installation for one of our long-standing clients, Mansons TCLM. The project formed part of the building’s wider sustainability strategy, with a focus on improving energy efficiency through a fully integrated solar solution.

Our scope of work included the full design and delivery of the solar installation, encompassing system design, engineering, and installation. From initial planning through to commissioning, our team managed all aspects of the electrical works to ensure the system was delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Challenges
As with many live construction environments, the project presented a number of logistical and programme challenges. Close coordination with the client and wider project team was essential to ensure works were completed efficiently and aligned with the overall construction schedule. Through proactive communication and careful planning, we were able to navigate these challenges and deliver the project successfully.
Timeline
The solar installation has now been completed and is contributing to the building’s long-term energy performance. This project reflects CGI Electrical Maintenance’s ability to deliver end-to-end solar solutions, from design through to installation, on complex commercial builds.
